No, it’s a complete conflict of interest and I’m already on ready opposing it. I’m also not accepting
$1 from developers.

I cannot answer this question as I have yet to take office. However, I will
turn over zoning changes to neighborhood councils as to remove an implication of pay-to-play
politics in local zoning changes.

I have an open, transparent and community-based process with respect to zoning issues in my ward and have an independent committee Zoning and Land Use Advisory Committee that makes recommendations on all zoning and land use issues that come before me, recommendations that I accept nearly 90% of the time. Nonetheless, to avoid any concern that my zoning decisions could be influenced, I avoid accepting campaign contributions
from individuals who have pending zoning matters.

No,We have not been confronted with such a donation to date. I don’t anticipate receiving
significant contributions from developers, as the incumbent has, but we believe in operating on a
fair playing field financially, and would not rule out accepting contributions from developers or
other people seeking zoning changes.
