Yes,I believe we need more affordable housing around the city. I am not sure what the appropriate
percentage is. I also think that imposing affordable housing development requirements only on
new construction or renovations places the entire burden of affordable housing on developers
rather than on all commercial property owners, and I have questions about whether this is
advisable or tenable when we clearly need more affordable housing citywide.
